Cara Menghubungkan Cash Drawer ke Printer

Agar Cash Drawer atau Laci kasir di toko anda bisa terbuka secara otomatis, anda harus seting konfigurasinya dahulu supaya antara drawer, printer, dan komputer bisa terhubung. pada tutorial ini saya akan mencontohkan cara seting konfigurasi cash drawer ke printer dengan contoh printer merk Eppos dengan software kasir gf-akuntansi.

Anda juga bisa menggunakan printer merk lain, untuk mempraktekkan tutorial ini anda tinggal memastikannya saja di device and printer atau printers and fax (windows 10), semisal kebetulan printer anda sama dengan yang saya contohkan yaitu printer Eppos seperti pada gambar dibawah ini, dan pastikan kabel drawer anda sudah anda hubungkan ke printer EPPOS anda.

Cara setup printer drawer

Setelah anda menandai jenis printer yang anda gunakan barulah anda masuk ke aplikasi kasir yang anda gunakan di bagian Pc Konfigurasi, jika software kasir anda bukan gf-akuntansi saya rasa menu setingnya juga sama yaitu dibagian Pc Konfigurasi, anda bisa memeriksa posisi setingannya untuk software anda. jika anda pengguna gf-akuntansi maka anda bisa ikuti langkah-langkahnya seperti berikut.

  1. anda login ke gf-akuntansi

  2. masuk ke sistem setup

  3. kemudian pilih Pc konfigurasi.


Cara Menghubungkan Cash Drawer ke Printer

Setelah seting Pc Konfigrasi selesai anda silahkan masuk ke menu penjualan eceran anda, untuk bisa memperaktekannya. namun sebelumnya anda harus pastikan bahwa menu penjualan eceran anda sudah di seting ke printer Eppos, untuk memastikannya silahkan anda tekan CTR+S untuk mereset seting sebelumnya.
kemudian tekan CTR+S sekali lagi untuk setup printer anda, seperti pada gambar berikut.
